A Brief History of Eleven Madison Park
Founded in 1998, Eleven Madison Park initially operated as a classic New York brasserie. Located in an Art Deco building overlooking Madison Square Park, the restaurant was a perfect blend of timeless architecture and modern sensibilities. However, its transformation began in earnest when restaurateur Danny Meyer sold it to Chef Daniel Humm and Will Guidara in 2011.
